Delamotte Brut Blanc de Blancs NV

This blanc de blancs Champagne is sourced exclusively from Grand Cru sites in the Cote des Blancs - 100% chardonnay from Mesnil, Avize and Oger. Based on 2017 vintage with 20% reserve wines (more than their usual 10% reserve due to climate change).  This ensures freshness and allows the chalky minerality to shine brilliantly.  It is aged on its lees longer than a typical non-vintage for 4-5 years rather than the standard 15 months.
