Chateau Simone Palette Blanc 2020

This wine is made primarily of Clairette, along with Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Ugni Blanc and a touch of Muscat Blanc to round out the blend. Their domaine is located in a region of Provence called Palette, which just south of Aix-en-Provence.  Chateau Simone is the only winery to produce wine in this region, and they make remarkably age-worthy wines.  Only 2,400 bottles are brought in to the US per year.
